What I liked

I was treated very kindly. I was put at rest for the whole of my visit. Everything was explained to me at each point. I was made very comfortable and treated with dignity and respect by everyone.

If I had to return for further treatment I would not hesitate.

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

What could be improved

Absolutly nothing.

I think the appointments department should liase with the centre.

It appeared that the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing.
