"Never have I been treated so badly"

What I liked

This was actually in A&E, the lady behind the desk was very pleasant, we then saw a nurse and she was so unbelievable rude, I still cannot get over how unhelpful, unsympathetic, her attitude was terrible. She should not be in the caring profession, my elderly father had had two falls one resulting in a fratured skull and her reply was well what do you expect me to do I have people here that arent breathing!!! Absolutely terrible nurse.

What could be improved

Sack her, awful woman, it concerns me that this is my fathers hospital.
