"Staff Care"

I arrived with my wife Pam,We were greeted by the receptionist who was to say the least absolutely lovely. She had a lovely smile,helpful,professional really good at her work,even gave me a grass of water.Hang on to this one! Next I met other members of staff who done my procedure together. What a great team! Thank you is not enough to say to these people they made me feel at ease, one particular member of staff was a gentleman he explained what the procedure would involve,plus he said the needle will sting,Thanks.! Everything went really well,no problems.The two ladies were so kind and funny in a very nice way.Where do you find your staff from where ever please don't change.I have had to visit your clinic several times about my face!Your staff have always treated me really,really well.Second to None.
Please show this to all the above staff.
