I would like to thank Dr Hardie at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow for taking time to explain my procedure thoroughly and discussing known risks and how they would be dealt with should they occur. I felt confident that my consent was informed and that I was in good hands. From Debbie at my pre-op assessment to Dmitry (anaesthetist) at my surgical procedure, and there after, all staff on Ward 49 - a huge thank you for your help and kindness. Despite being extremely busy you all had time for patients and that is better than any medication imo.
