What could be improved

I have never been to this hospital before. I am taking my elderly father for a blood test there today. You have a map of where it is on your website. Well done. Unfortunately you don't have a plan (see, eg Salisbury Hospital's plan on their website). I want to be able to see whether to drop him off at an entrance (is there one, are there several?) close to the relevant dept, wherever that is. Or where to park, etc. These things are important when you are ferrying elderly people about, and it only takes a miminum amount of time to get it on the website. Please.
