"Hard to get appointment and when i get the..."

I do not recommend this GP practice. The reception staff is very rude on phone and do not give correct / immediate information. I rang to get the regular prescription and am frequently told it will take 72 hours to generate one. I asked for Malaria tablets as am visiting malaria infected country and i am told I should have to rang 3 months ago. I asked a pharmacy, they said they can prescribe me 2 days before my departure date.When I get to see the doctor they ask me to google the eczema cream and let them know which one I want and they will write prescription for it..The doctor frequently asks me other information when i visit them like where do I live and how much did I bought the house for.

I will be leaving the practice and seeking an alternative
