What could be improved
I would have liked to see the same specialist on each of my visits over the last three years, each time was a catch-up with the notes by the specialist.
I was asked to make an eye test appointment at the eye infirmary optician (09.09.2011) this came through for 28.11.2011, and another appointment to see the specialist will be made at some time after that.
The urgent letter from Spec Savers to my doctor (14.06.2011) saying there was bleeding at the back of the eye was seen by the specialist at the eye infirmary on 09.09.2011. Which showed no urgency by them but great concern to me that it should be nearly three months without even a telephone call.
"Eye Infirmary shows lack of patient care/concern."
