What I liked

The place was clean and tidy, the doctors and nurses were kind and very informal which was nice.

What could be improved

The waiting times were appauling, I was in server pain and was kept waiting quite a while.

We appreciate the kind comments. Thank you. With regard to waiting times, we are sorry if they appeared protracted; this will depend on the numbers of people in the department and the assessed urgency of the case. All patients are triaged on arrival and prioritised according to clinical need.
