What I liked

After seeing all the negative comments about some hospitals in the press I just wanted to say that my visit, whilst uncomfortable because of the procedure undertaken, was made as pleasant as possible by all staff concerned - and incidently a great success! Thank you Grantham!

I am sorry I am reading this some 6 months after you took the time to write but we have only recently developed a system at United Lincolnshire for regularly reviewing and responding to stories here on Patient Opinion. It was good to hear about your experience, thank you for telling us and I am very pleased that staff took such good care of you. It is important that even unpleasant or uncomfortable clinical interventions are managed with care and compassion and as you say can be made as 'pleasant' as possible and I am glad we achieved this for you.
