I would like to thank all the staff on Wheal Prosper ward the staff were absulutley fantastic .They looked after my son for nearly 2 weeks .he is now so much better thanks to the care and support he recieved from the staff . I cant thank them enough for the support we all had ,his wife and myself his mum .Amazing staff .

Dear Gill

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience when your son was recently admitted to our Wheal Prosper ward; please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you.

I am delighted to hear that staff were absolutely fantastic and looked after your son so well for the nearly 2 weeks he was an inpatient and he is now much better thanks to the care and support he received from staff. It is wonderful that staff also supported you and his wife throughout.

I will make sure that your heartfelt words, praise and thanks are shared with the team as I know they will be thrilled to learn that they were able to provide your son and you the best possible experience considering the circumstances.

Thank you again and I hope that your son is continuing to recover well from his recent admission.
