"My grandfather and the whole family feel reassured"

I would just like to write to say a massive thank you to the endoscopy department. My grandfather got referred in, he is hard of hearing and all staff were so accommodating to ensure he understood the procedure. Throughout the staff in the endoscopy department were friendly and always happy to help. All the staff made my grandfather and the whole family feel reassured during a difficult time. They are a credit to Croydon Hospital and the NHS.
