(as a service user),

I had day case vascular surgery and every member of staff I had contact with throughout my treatment were excellent from the surgeons secretary, the outpatient clinic staff, and day surgery team to the nurse (Gail - absolutely lovely) who discharged me. All were helpful, professional and caring
