Thank you for taking time and trouble to provide us with feedback on your experience. Your observation about the good atmosphere in the unit will be passed on to the urology staff as will your suggestion about coat hangers in the toilets. We are not sure what you mean by ‘pathway identifier’ but would be happy to look into this further for you if you were able to contact our PALS department on palsusers@fph-tr.nhs.uk.
