"Amazing service and new improvements for patients"

About: Vine House Health Centre

As a 72 year old male I perhaps need the Vine House services a little more than some, but I am always pleased with a visit or contact. Some years ago I had a triple bypass and this was dealt with superbly - every referral, appointment and follow up was arranged easily. Since then I have had all sorts of problems and worries - all dealt with well - from the initial enquiry to the completion of treatment. Appointments are easy with the internet access (and to cancel if I have to). The flu jab is always sorted, and now there are extra appointments during evenings and weekends. Even a drop in service for urgent attention during afternoons. With the new prescription service to a local chemist, even that is easy. What a wonderful place Vine House is. The backroom staff work like heroes and the receptionist on duty has to deal with a lot of abuse. The nurses are just great, and of course the Doctors are legendary - had to say that!
