"Diabetes Nurse and Dietician"

I have been so impressed with the professional service I received from my Nurse and Dietician for my Type 2 Diabetes.

They were friendly and approachable, they gave me easy to understand advice and where to find more information.

I have followed their advice and now am in remission, so am very happy that I can stop my medication and will continue along the same road to more healthiness.

I do believe that I am not on a "diet" but have made a life-style change and feel very happy with this and the support I have had.
