(as the patient),

Admitted for a planned procedure. The small single rooms in the unit in the new hospital are fantastic. They allow for privacy and confidentiality which was difficult to achieve in the old hospital. The staff were fantastic, professional, warm and kept me informed before, during and after the procedure.
