What I liked

The brilliant efficiency and care with which I was treated.

8.00 pm telephoned NHS Direct with slight pains in my chest.

8.10 pm a Doctor returned my call and made an appointment for me to be seen at Out of Hours at the Lister for 8.40 pm.

8.40 pm. I was seen on time by a Doctor

8.50 pm. given an ECG, and further consultation with doctor and given 'all clear'

9.15 pm Home

This is'n't the first time that we have had such wonderful service.

What could be improved

Make it easier and more obvious as to how to provide feedback. I only came across this website by accident whilst trying to find out who I could contact to say thanks for the help that you provided.
