I just wanted to say how wonderful Jo, in paediatric phlebotomy has been on our two visits. I have had to bring my 3 year old twice in the space of a week for blood tests, and with a 5 month old in tow I was struggling to say the least and feeling very much ‘on the edge’. Jo quickly made me feel much calmer, she was so helpful and made the whole process quick, easy and painless for my son. She’s a credit to the trust.
