"Top Notch Care"

About: Chainbridge Medical Partnership

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the care I am receiving for an ongoing condition. I especially like the way the GP built up the evidence to support the diagnosis, talking me through the thought process along the way. My problem initially involved a LOT of visits to the surgery in order to prevent worsening of my condition and had the additional benefit of enabling my GP and I to establish an excellent rapport. Additional tests were promptly ordered when it became apparent that there was more going on than simply met the eye. I was subsequently quickly referred to specialists who will hopefully be able to finish sorting out the problem. Continuity of care is ongoing but has also involved a couple of other GPs within the practice stepping in whenever the main carer was unavailable. I am impressed with how well they were able to breach the gap - together, they all make a fantastic team & have a great system to make this work. I am also very grateful for the immense respect that has been shown to me throughout. I am a terribly nervous patient, through no fault of this practice, so the fact that I'm now feeling more inclined to seek medical help when needed should be considered a huge achievement on their part.

Thank you so much for taking the time to enter this review.

It is so good to have confirmation that our GPs are doing their job so well despite the pressures they are currently facing. It is especially good to hear that they have given you the confidence to attend and not feel nervous about doing so.
