What could be improved

The fact that my father had been told he had a massive heart attack by one doctor.. then when we inquired about this a different doctor told us there was nothing about this in his notes !! Then when my father pressed his nurse buzzer it took a full 4 minutes of doctors and nurses passing his room before a nurse finally came in to attend to him.. he could have been having another heart attack for all they knew !!... ..also the cleaning that me and my brother witnessed was disgraceful... a young man and woman cleaned the whole of a cubicle/room,including bins ! With the same cloth using no cleaning spray and then continued to use the same cloth that still had not been rinsed or sprayed with any cleaning products at all to wipe the mattress on the bed !!
