"Wonderful staff at Northern General Hospital and Hackenthorpe Medical Centre"

About: Northern General Hospital / Vascular surgery The Thorpe Practice (Hackenthorpe)

(as the patient),

I spent 5 weeks in Northern General, and I have to say that all the staff from cleaners to surgeons were absolutely marvellous.

At Hackenthorpe Medical Centre too the staff are wonderful, the doctors treat me with respect, and are all brilliant. I've never felt rushed at all. And the district nurses who come to see me are all a right laugh.

Can't praise them all highly enough.

A special thankyou for your comments. I have passed this on to the doctors and District Nurses who were all really pleased to receive it. Im pleased that our service runs smoothly for you. We are always happy to receive feedback from our patients in an effort to improve our services were we can.
