What I liked
Kelsey was made to feel very welcome and made to feel like the most important person there. The staff from the domestics to the consultants and surgeons were the most curteous, kind, helpful and thoughtful team of people I have ever met.
I would like to give a special mention to the play specialist who is a credit to your hospital. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was extremely warm, loving and kind to the children and Kelsey came away talking of how happy her stay had been.
What could be improved
nothing
Anything else?
I feel extremely proud and thankful we have such a wonderful hospital in our region.
"Safe, secure and very well cared for."
