What I liked
There was nothing to be liked.
What could be improved
the staff should be changed, they should be taught manners and how to be more polite and not rude.
Anything else?
i was having my first child and they made me wait 3 hours before being seen. everyone who came after me was being seen before and i was last and if i would ask them they would say priority first. my labour started in hospital during my wait and they still checked me and sent me home saying i have a long time left. i was back after 2 hours and fully established ready for birth. Nice midwife who couldnt even judge that.
after that they kept me waiting in postnatal ward sitting for 4 hours on a chair ready to go home waiting for my paperwork. which was uncomfortable because of stitches. and when i asked how far my documents were they said it wasnt long, when later they forgot i was even there and when i reminded them again they did my paperwork right there right then in 10 mins. if they dont want to do what there paid for then why sit there.
