"A well worth while visit."

What I liked

I visited with my husband who had been referred to the "Hot Foot " Clinic. We had neither of us ever been to this Hospital before,and I for one was very dubious after hearing less than flattering reports abou it. However, we were most impressed. The staff were very hard working, knowledgeable and efficient. Yes, we had to wait a bit to be seen, but were then able to get a full assessment of my husband's condition and arrange a further appointment there and then. Having been with him to more clinics than I care to remember over many years, this was outstanding. Staff were very friendly and no traceof arrogance at all. Oddly enough a very good experience.

What could be improved

I can think of nothing that would not be quibbling.
