About: Parkside Practice

My main issue with Parkside is how difficult it is to get hold of them over the phone. There is an online booking form, but it doesn't seem to work. When you eventually get an appointment it is usually over 2 wks away. Usually I have to call as early as possible and hope someone picks up the phone feels a bit like trying to get a ticket to Glastonbury. Over Christmas I had a Coral Rash which was infected, there was no way to see a Parkside GP quickly so I ended up going to the Walk-in clinic in Reading where I was seen in under two hours. I am moving to Woodley surgery they at least answer the phone.

Thank you for your comment. We are very sorry that you had difficulties getting an appointment with us. We offer appointments which can be booked in advance as well as the same day appointments. We also offer telephone consultations for routine and we do telephone triage for problems that require attention the same day (a clinician can then decide on the further course of action).
