What I liked

Fairly quick service in a clean friendly enviroment - staff carried out all exams and tests within 6 hours and were caring and friendly.

What could be improved

Some of the staff appeared tired - maybe shorter shifts or more breaks or more staff required.

Anything else?

The ambulance staff were extremely nice, caring and helpful as aswell as the receiving nurse in the ward for short term stay - Thanks for turning around the problem of swallowing in 24 hours but am not sure patient is totally well and maybe one more day/night was needed - standing/walking is a problem and sleeping seems to be 95% of the time so things are not right however I will monitor over next couple of days.
