"Support for my terminally ill mother"

We recently changed GP for my mother who has bowel cancer which is inoperable due to heart failure as the service from her previous GP was disgusting.

Since being with the doctor and the wonderful reception staff we have been totally supported throughout. I can ring for advice regarding my mum's conditions and he has completed home visits promptly when needed. Reception staff are brilliant with me as i feel that I am always asking for support and they are always happy to help. I wish we had changed to this GP years ago. I hope they get to hear what the public say about their service and how appreciated we are for their help.
