"Bad treatment"

About: Surrey Lodge Practice

Really disappointed in this practice. I have been trying to get seen to about a lump in my breast and after finally getting an appointment I arrive on the day and I am rudely informed by reception that I do not have an appointment and they don't know who I spoke to. They didn't have anyone that could see me and my only option was anotjer appointment in a gp on the other side of Manchester meaning ill have to get another taxi. It's like they don't even care about patients and I still haven't been able to get seen too

We are sorry that our practice did not meet your expectations of the service. Staff are trained to handle many different types of telephone calls and appointments and please be assured that our priority is patient care. The practice has policies and protocols in place to help staff understand what is a medical emergency and help determine the level of urgency. If you would like to discuss the matter in more detail please contact the Practice Manager. We hope to improve any future experiences you might have.
