I took a neighbour to A & E last night. He was admitted to Ward 16. (Although we left him in Casualty).

He has no close relatives in this country. We cannot find a telephone number for this ward to pass on to his relatives. Not in Yellow pages. Not in the phone book. Not on your website.

Why? I'm very annoyed.

I'm really sorry that you were unable to find the phone number on our new website www.leicestershospitals.nhs.uk.

If you visit the Contact Us page, which is one of the 5 tabs at the top of the website homepage it takes you straight to the phone number - 0300 303 1573 - which is the same number for all 3 hospitals.

We are always making improvements to our website and are working on listing all ward numbers, however our switchboard staff can always put you directly through
