What I liked

The staff where very helpful and made me feel more at ease, at the time I was very upset about going into hospital.

What could be improved

The food.

Anything else?

The one biggest moan I have is the time it took the pharmacy to make up my prescription to take home with me, (all Day) surely it would have been simpler to have given me the prescription to take to my own pharmacy.

I will make sure the staff in the areas you've commented on see what you 've written.

You will be pleased to hear that we have improved our pharmacy processes at both the Royal Infirmary and the General this past week. Lloydspharmacy will be working with us on a pilot providing an outpatients pharmacy service at both sites and that will mean that our staff can concentrate on other pharmacy areas across the hospitals, including improving the discharge process.
