"will never attend this a & e again!"

What I liked

after being to see a out of hours gp he asked me to go to A & E to get bloods and chest xray i got booked in at 8pm the nurse who booked me in was nice by 1am i was called in to seen . 1 min after been shown into a cubical i was then moved to AMU as i had been left in A&E to long which i wasnt happy about as i did tell the staff i was a singoe mum and couldnt stay long due to child care. i was told by staff i was next to be seen so i waited by 2am i decided to complain about the lack of communitcan to which i felt bullyed and under presure by the staff of AMU to which i sighed my self out as there answer to my child care problem was to call children services and have my children put into foster care and was then told ill be seen on doc round next morning, i was also treated like i was lieing about my acute asthma and was left 30mins waitibf for my nebulisers also when i went to the toilet there where 4 used bed pans that have just been left there .

What could be improved

inprove the communtication between staff and people they treat also retrain staff of AMU bed maner as i dont feel they treated me with dignity and repect.
