About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford)

What I liked

Emergency visit late 14th. From being collected by ambulance, very quickly, to being discharged 16th. I was treated, by everyone, with courtesy, gentleness and professionalism

In particular, the day Staff nurse on the Bolham Ward contributed to my wellbeing the most..

From arriving in the morning and for the rest of the day, the Staff Nurse was bright, cheerful, kind, informative and well organised. As this person was with their nurses etc. It was almost worth the pain to have been treated by them.

My thanks to everyone concerned.

What could be improved

While I appreciate the expertise which quickly made me well, Senior staff, Consultants etc. could learn from the Junior Doctors how to greet a patient and introduce themselves
