About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

Discusting.

Waited for hours to be seen. Nurses were rude to my husband.

No information about why or when we would be seen.

My mum has just died, I'm trying to organise her funeral. The last thing I need right now is to be sat here.

The Doctor's room was empty half the time. My son is a Doctor so I know that the treatment we had today was totally unacceptable.
