"Everyone was very helpful and cheerful."

About: Alnwick Infirmary

What I liked

I attended the Orthapaedics Outpatients clinic on 28th October 2011, at Alnwick Infirmary. From the person in Reception,to the people in X-Ray, to the Consultant and everyone else that I talked to, I was given every help and explanations of my condition and what was needed that day.

I would like to thank everyone again for making my visit so much easier.

What could be improved

More facilities for the Disabled. The only toilet that had aids for helping me to get on and off the toilet seat were not in the correct place to help me properly. I had to walk a long way back to near the entrance to find the toilet. Everything else was perfect, thank you.
