The staff on the Oulton Unit were lovely for assisting my father today, thank you

But apart from that, nothing.

A shake up of the staff at the hospital

My father was booked into hospital today to hve surgery on his leg, but due to incompetance levels of the pre ops staff, this was cancelled.

The staff at pre ops was supposed to have informed my father of his test results last week Friday, but it seems like they "forgot". This is quite disgusting when it comes to the health care of patients. Now he has to go back onto the waiting list for another appointment.

Im due to go into hospital next week and wont be happy if I get the same treatment as he has had.

A letter of complaint hs been sent to the hospital for what good it will do!

I think the only thing that he has said was good from today was the fact that the staff on the Oulton Unit were lovely, so thank you for the help that you hve given him today.
