About: East Surrey Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Had the worst night ever from the doctor being rude to the nurse looking after me having no manners. I was admitted to east surrey hospital A&E. The doctor who started looking after me went off shift and I was looked after by a new doctor who was very rude to me so I asked to see another doctor and they refused to get another doctor. I asked the nurse for pain relief and they ignored me so I asked if they heard me and they said yes so I said it would have been nice for them to acknowledge me. I ended up walking out and not being treated as the doctor refused to get another doctor and tried talking down to me. It made me very upset and angry.

I've done this before but all I got was a load of lies come back from nursing staff they said they used a machine in get a vain and they didn't so what is the point
