"Very poor service"

I was seen in February to have my hearing tested and I was told that I would be given a referral to Leeds general hospital for a hearing aid. It has been almost 6 months now and they have failed to put my referral through multiple times. I have phoned up to complain multiple times but I have still not been referred. Not having the hearing aid is affecting my studies and chances of getting a job and there seems to be little concern or care on your end.
