About: University Hospital (Coventry)

What I liked

I was transferred from good hope on 22/4/2011 for a heart valve replacement. I had the operation on 26/4/2011 as promised and returned to good hope on 5/5/2011 after successful surgery. During this time I have nothing but praise for the level of care I received. The nurses, doctors, consultants and support staff were all brilliant and made a very difficult time bearable. Everyone involved in my care kept my spirits up and informed about everything that was happening and going to happen at every step. I am now well on the way to full recovery and it is all down to their care.

What could be improved

Nothing. As far as I was concerned the care and treatment was brilliant. The food was also excellent.

Many thanks for such positive feedback - we are very lucky to have such a group of dedicated members of staff in our Cardiology teams. I'll be sure to pass on your praise to them, the support staff and our catering team and wish you a very speedy recovery.
