"A huge bouquet of thanks for Minehead staff "

I live in Chard and needed to see a urologist. As the waiting list at Minehead was the shortest, I arranged an appointment (19 days).

It really was a superb choice, the reception staff were very helpful, the nursing staff reassuring and very professional. The consultant Dr Cannon very expert and professional.

I needed a scan and check inside my bladder. This was arranged for the afternoon. The radiographer kindly fitted me in as the afternoon appointments began - so that Dr Cannon had the results before she conducted the examination that she needed to do.

I cant express my gratitude enough, nor praise all the staff who helped me enough. The receptionist, Sue, was fantastic in arranging the scan and internal swipe examination through the schedules of the day.

We so often and easily throw bricks when "things go wrong". I wish to present all the staff of this hospital with a huge bouquet of thanks, appreciation and jobs well done. Many many thanks to you all.
