I was extremely lucky to have a liver transplant on the 27 June and the care I had before transplant and my stay in intensive care and then on the Todd Ward was exceptional. I am very grateful to everyone working there and I felt safe and looked after right from the start. I am completely amazed by the skills that are used. You helped my family feel supported too. I am very thankful to all of you. I transferred back to Devon after 6 days and less than 3 weeks post transplant I am home.
