"Recovery"

About: Inclusion Wisbech

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Very good! Worked with staff that were able to commit to times and dates for allocated appointments / sufficient appointments. All properties allocated for appointments were clinically clean. I feel I was mostly treated with respect at times when certain issues/situations were not at their best, and I was informed in the best manner appropriate at such times. I was listened to and taken seriously and understood. I was always involved in all decisions and solutions and options around recovery in my present and future.

I think what you said at the end of your comment is crucial. Feeling involved in everything which happens in your life.

No-one wants to feel that you are being 'done to'! We try to ensure that you are in control of your recovery and our aim is to help you along the way.

Fantastic that things are going well for you.

Paul
