I came to the beckenham beacon contraception department for removal of my iud mirena coil. As normal I was very nervous and even more so when the first nurse could not find the strings for removal, but this time I became very nervous but my nurse reassured me (Nathalie) and referred me to the doctor, after a short wait I saw (Dr Timaeus) and reception staff (Shona). They both calmed me and feel at ease, absolutely lovely ladies. The doctor managed to find the strings and successfully removed it with little to no pain. They was amazing 10/10, I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I received today and I would highly recommend beckenham beacon to friends and family.
