I found looking at the old me, me now and future me helpful in terms of setting goals for the future and seeing what progress ive made looking at risks, triggers how to cope with them really helpful. I found the whole programme extremely helpful in stopping drinking and maintaining this. The interactive activities were good and made it easier to remember.

This is great feedback about the programme we deliver. It is very full, quite intensive but also gives you the opportunity to mix with people who want the same as you.
