(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The service is very good but it has to be the right time for you to commit. Its pointless using the service to cut down on your Heroin bill. If you are not happy speak to your worker, 9 times out of 10 it can be sorted out.

You are so right!! If you want to stop and stay stopped, we are the right people to help you. But you are right you have to be in the right place to succeed.
