What I liked
Having lived in France for 6 years and being treated excellently for my Rheumatoid arthritis whilst there. I was a little apprehensive about returning to the UK Health service. I need not have been, my first appointment at the rheumatology dept went without any hitches, I was seen on time, the Nurse Specialist made time for me, I was prescribed the drugs I had in France[ I know they are very expensive] the 'shared care' protocol was explained to me thoroughly. I was given my next appointment before leaving, also very well done for the department being very near to the main entrance, so no long walks on joints that hurt. Congratulations.
"rheumatology centre of excellence is deserving of..."
