What I liked

I was spoken to rudely by one of the consultants and asked for an apology. They then all stuck together and said there was nothing wrong with me. I have now had a second opinion and had a operation at another hospital. I am now on the road to recovery.

What could be improved

Treat people with respect. Or at least as they would like to be treated.
