About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital / Accident and emergency

my husband was a patience in Queen Mother Hospital Margate Kent . I am his wife and have pertanery enturne welfare for my husband as he has demieta , I am complaining about the way my husband was treated and the way the staff spoke to my Grandaughter

I was in the Heart unit having a echo cardiogram to come back to be told my husband was being discharged without a care package in place I did tell AE that he that he had BeechTree care at home and to notify them when he was being discharged I also notified CDU he was then put on Cheerful Sparrow B male where I never saw a doctor so didn't no he was being discharged was notified till 15-55 and all his bag was packed got told he would be in discharged lounge so it was a good thing I came back when I did to stop this process from going ahead the staff on ward were not very helpful at all also the bed manager came up and she was quiet rude and kept say she had someone in AE waiting for bed well if it was organised properly and they read their notes they have know he had a care package when it would have been happy for him to have come home on Monday 9th July 2018 was not very happy at all
