"Empowered, supported, and well looked after"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Acute assessment unit

(as a service user),

I was admitted to ED in FVRH recently and then to the SAU.

From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I was made to feel empowered, supported and well looked after. The medical, nursing and support staff were always on hand to answer questions and at no point did I feel uncertain about what was happening. We are so lucky to have such wonderful services in FVRH and I am so grateful that they are here.
