What I liked

Delivered my first baby here and expecting second in December 2011.

Hoping to get the same doctor on duty as with first birth they were professional, courteous and very respectful when had first baby, and excellent at communicating and listening ! If only they were a consultant !!!

Alas first consultant was complete opposite; rude, arrogant and completely unprofessional. Despite being pregnant I remain an educated, professional working woman at same level in my industry as consultant and would never behave to a Client in such a manner.

What could be improved

Re-brief consultants - rude and arrogant does not equal professional / superior status !!!!!
