What could be improved
The first member of staff was not very friendly at all.
The woman who assesed me after was patronizing, rude and downright useless. Did hardly any assessment of my problem, then mocked me when I explained.
I was offered no treatment for my pain, no x-ray, and finally I walked out as I was getting no help whatsoever.
Anything else?
Absolutely disgusting service.
